“My name is Beth Breihan. I am the Executive Director for Eden Village Retirement Community. We are a retirement community that has nursing skilled care, assisted living, senior living apartments and senior living duplexes. We also offer in-patient and out-patient physical therapy. We’ve been in business for about 30 years. We have 200 staff members and about 300 residents who live here on campus. ITA has been our go-to IT company for about 8 years. They not only resolve our major IT issues but foresee potential problems in our computers. ITA always handles our computer issues in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to servicing our computers, ITA has been able to develop software programs for specific healthcare needs. Eden Village has wanted to be very proactive in going paperless and in the nursing home industry it’s very hard to find computer programs that meet our needs. We turned to ITA. They developed, from scratch, our incident report program, our work order program and our activity program. We use each one of these programs everyday and we’ve been using them for the last 5 years.

Our website includes our monthly activities calendar, virtual tours of some of our facility features, resident testimonials, and pricing among other very useful information segments. Lastly, I would like to praise ITA for the community services they provide to our residents free of charge. They offer computer classes to our residents.
